Seneca Conservation District is planning to host its Annual Muzzleloader Deer Hunt at Proving Ground Farm from Jan. 4-7, 2025. The farm is located at 5670 E. TR 138, Tiffin, OH. The experience provides a hunter the opportunity to hunt the entire 120 acres at Proving Ground Farm for one day. The farm is a combination of crop fields, wooded acreage and mixed, herbaceous vegetation that provide excellent deer habitat.
The hunt is open to all properly licensed hunters who live in the counties of Seneca, Erie, Huron, Crawford, Wyandot, Hancock, Wood and Sandusky. The hunters – one per day – and the day of their hunt are chosen randomly.
