Not all drainage issues are easily solved; some may involve multiple parties and can be time consuming.

If you are a resident in rural Seneca County and/or live outside the city limits of Tiffin and Fostoria, Ohio, you can schedule a drainage consultation visit from our team.
If you live within city limits of Tiffin or Fostoria, please contact your City Engineer.
Get Started
To set up your consultation, simply call our office and describe the problem you are experiencing. We will set up a time for a site visit that will include the property owner and our team. We will provide recommendations and ideas for improvement after the consultation is complete.
What This Service Does Not Include:
Ohio does not have public drainage laws or an enforcement team. Our office does not have the authority to allow someone to move water through another property if it does not naturally move that way. In addition, a person can not block the natural flow of water with a physical barrier.
